First, I was invited to a health check (for people over 40) by SMS-message. It is good to take a proactive stance and try to prevent future problems. Second, I booked a time and visited Mrs Rosemary Hanchett (9th December 2016). She was nice and also took my blood sample with great professional touch. Third, I got another time and visited Mrs Emma Holter (15th December 2016). She was very friendly, helpful as well as supportive and she also told my test results. In my opinion, University of Sussex Health Centre did perfectly; really good service (both my visits started exactly at the agreed time) and really nice people.

I have every confidence in the quality and availability of medical advice and treatment from the GP and nursing staff I see on a regular basis. Reception staff are always courteous and helpful.

Have been a patient here since I was a student several years ago, I deliberately stayed with the practice rather than one closer to Brighton as I've always found them helpful and accommodating. I feel that their nurse led clinics speed up the process and mean you only see the doctor when you need to, who when I do makes me feel unrushed and willing to get to the bottom of the problem.

Always friendly, and flexible as possible. Appointments can take a while, however. The University has recently expanded greatly, and I'm not sure whether the practice has enlarged to keep pace with the extra patients.

Fantastic, personal service. The nurses and staff were friendly, non-judgemental and so helpful, really appreciated. I felt heard and cared about and willing and able to talk about the issues I went in for. Very much appreciated, thank you.
